Randall Hall Smith, age 78 of Five Points, AL, passed away on August 17, 2020, at WellStar WGMC, after a brief illness. Randall was born on November 13, 1941, in LaGrange, GA to Harvey and Eudelle Bailey Smith. He was a graduate of Troup High School. He was an electrician, and he worked a number of years for EMC. He proudly served in the United States Navy and he was a Mason and Shriner. He loved the outdoors, going to flea markets, buying and selling, and visiting with friends. He was the kind of friend everyone loved to have and wanted to be.
He is survived by his companion of many years, Nancy Lee; his brother, Patrick Stevens (Sandra)); daughter, Randi Bolling; aunt, Mavis Gilbert; granddaughter, Lindsey Parmer, Madison Merna; many cousins, nieces, nephews; extended family and friends.
He is also survived by his adopted family, his mom, Juanita Melton, Judy Baker, Shamika Peterson, Andrea Williams; and his many pets who were always there for him.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter, Lori Smith Parmer.
Friends and family will gather from 1:00 - 2:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand. A memorial service will follow at the funeral home begining at 2:00 PM with Rev. Benjie Dukes officiating.
