Mr. Clyde Kelley passed away on August 05, 2020 at West Georgia Hospice. He was born in Roanoke, Alabama on September 14, 1928 to the late Mr Henry Kelley and Mrs Ivy McDaniel Kelley. In addition to his parents Mr. Kelley is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years Mrs Helen Dulin Kelley and his wife of 11 years Mrs. Lucille Gentry Kelley, his sisters Una Hudson and Thelma Florence and brother Chester Kelley.

Mr. Kelley is survived by his daughters Sherry (Eddie) Taylor of Hogansville, GA, Debra Cato of Fletcher, NC, Jaurita Kelley-Weaver of Canton, GA, and Kathy Gentry of LaGrange, GA, 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Mr. Kelley worked for Callaway Mills most of his adult life and in later years for International Cotton Warehouse and Leigh Fibers.

Mr. Kelley was a lifelong member of the Church of God attending both Fourth Avenue/City Light in LaGrange, GA and Duluth Church of God in Duluth, GA. In his last years he attended Bartley Road Church of Christ.

Mr. Kelley always had a joke to tell with a smile on his face and will be missed by many. He will be remembered most for his love and service to God.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 from 6-8 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand, 506 Hill Street, LaGrange. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 11:00 am at the Shadowlawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at
